RN- Health Care (Full-Time

7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
This position will be supporting the Tanasbourne site.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, Day shift
The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. All Providence professional nursing practice requires a broad range of general nursing knowledge and expertise. This position may be required to rotate through a weekend shift.

Coursework/Training: Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
Oregon Registered Nurse License.
Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
~1 year Home health RN experience.
