This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Bartender in a high-volume, high-end restaurant environment. The Lead Bartender is a hands-on service leader responsible for executing elevated cocktail service, supporting daily bar operations, and maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and guest experience. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Deliver exceptional guest service and bar engagement
- Assist with weekly inventory counts and stock organization
- Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and operational readiness
- Communicate supply needs and assist with bar standards orders
- Support training of new bartenders and uphold service standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
A bartender who leads by example behind the bar
