Teacher’s Aide – Head Start

UCCA is seeking dedicated Teacher’s Aides to support classroom teachers in providing high-quality early childhood education services to toddlers and preschool-aged children.

Starting Rate: Up to $14 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-3pm (40 hours/week)

Support children’s developmental and educational needs

Help maintain classroom records and documentation

Supervise children during classroom and outdoor activities

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience working with young children preferred

Must be able to actively assist with classroom activities, supervise children in indoor and outdoor environments, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
