Housekeeping Houseperson (Flexible Shift)

Peppertree Hospitality Group is hiring a Hotel Housekeeper at our Best Western Plus Peppertree Inn at Omak. Our Housekeeping Team Members are a huge part of the guest experience. Guests may not always see the work that happens behind the scenes, but they absolutely notice when it is done well. Clean rooms, fresh linens, stocked supplies, and attention to detail are what turn a hotel stay into a good one.

This position is a great fit for someone who likes active work, takes pride in results, and enjoys being part of a team.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards

Change linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock supplies

Polish fixtures, clean windows, and detail bathrooms

Inspect rooms for locks, lights, and remotes, and report any issues to keep guests safe and comfortable

Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized

Support public area cleaning when needed

Communicate with the front desk and housekeeping team to keep rooms ready for guests

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism

Follow safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

What We Are Looking For

Dependable, hardworking, detail‑oriented team members

Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift

Knowledge of cleaning tools, products, and industry standards is helpful

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment up to 100 lbs

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Previous cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
