Front of House/Runner (Full-time/Part-time)

As a fast-growing brand rooted in authentic Japanese hospitality, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences both in-house and to-go. As a To-Go Runner, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives the quality, accuracy, and service that define the Kumori experience.
Being a To-Go Runner means being the face of efficiency, hospitality, and seamless service. Greet customers upon arrival and departure with enthusiasm using: "Irasshaimase," "Gladly," and "Arigato."
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area following company standards.
Accurately operate and balance the cash register.
Maintain proper cash control and verify all amounts are correct.
Prepare, organize, and hand out the customers' to-go orders efficiently and accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Strong teamwork mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene required.
Bilingual strongly encouraged.
Referral program with opportunities to earn extra cash.
Closed 4 main Holidays to spend time with family.
