The Receptionist is responsible for greeting residents, families, visitors, prospective residents, and associates in a warm, professional, and service-oriented manner while serving as the communication hub of the community.

This role provides administrative and clerical support while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and positive experience for everyone entering or contacting the community.

Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents warmly and professionally

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Provide information, assistance, and referrals as appropriate

Support daily administrative and clerical functions including filing, typing, and light bookkeeping

Assist with maintaining organized front desk and office areas

Help maintain a welcoming, positive, and hospitality-focused environment

Support resident, family, and guest needs promptly and courteously

Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

Basic clerical and computer skills including typing and filing

Compassionate and resident-focused attitude

Ability to walk throughout the community as needed

Visual acuity and good hearing required

Enjoys helping others and creating positive first impressions

Builds positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
