Job Overview A law firm seeks attorneys specializing in Workers' Compensation and Liability Insurance Defense in Richmond, VA. These roles involve active litigation and require managing billable hours. Candidates will engage directly with clients and opposing counsel, contributing to a dynamic legal team.

Duties Handle litigation cases in Workers' Compensation and Liability Insurance Defense.

Manage and track billable hours effectively.

Communicate frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and management.

Requirements Admission to the Virginia Bar; D.C. Bar is a plus.

1-3 years of relevant legal experience preferred.

Proficiency in managing billable hours.

Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications Licensed to practice law in Virginia.

Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
