ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This position requires working three 12-hour shifts (Night Shift: 19:00 – 07:30) for a total of 36 hours per week.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess, implement, and evaluate care needs for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN will employ their knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques to provide high-quality patient care. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN will collaborate with patients, their families, professional peers, and other health care team members to develop individualized care plans. The RN will also direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to established standards, administrative policies, and departmental procedures.

Assess patients' needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adapt care plans.

Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and revise care plans as needed.

Provide leadership and direction to nursing support staff in patient care activities.

Ensure adherence to nursing practice standards and departmental policies.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Current PA Registered Nurse License required.

Multi-State Compact RN License required.
