This is a full‑time, on‑site Paralegal role based in Henderson, NV. The Paralegal will support attorneys in family law matters by drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, organizing and reviewing case files, and managing deadlines and court calendars. The Paralegal will also maintain accurate records, update case management systems, and help ensure compliance with court rules and firm procedures.
Strong foundation in law and family law concepts, with the ability to understand and apply relevant statutes, rules, and procedures.
Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, disclosures, discovery requests, and related court filings.
Experience in research and document review, including legal research, fact investigation, and organizing case materials for attorney review.
Proficiency with common legal software, including MyCase, court e‑filing system and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Paralegal certificate is preferred but not required, depending on experience.
At least 2 years of prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in family law or litigation is required.
