Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a dependable Industrial Janitor to support facility cleanliness and safety in a manufacturing environment in Pryor, OK . This role is responsible for maintaining production areas, restrooms, break rooms, equipment, and common spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
The ideal Industrial Janitor is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial setting while following safety and sanitation procedures.
Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Remove trash, debris, and waste materials according to company procedures
- Clean machinery, equipment, and work areas as required
- Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and restroom necessities
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment throughout the facility
Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facilities
- Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform routine facility cleaning and maintenance tasks
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials as needed
- Ability to work around industrial equipment and production operations
- Manufacturing and industrial facility environment
- Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and cleaning chemicals
- Team-oriented workplace supporting production and facility operations
