Senior Electrical Engineer
The Senior Electrical Engineer uses their hardware and system engineering experience to lead the system analysis of the IoT hardware product platforms to identify opportunities and drive improvement. Also responsible in improving the automated test process to make it more efficient and optimized.
Position Qualifications/Requirements
- BS or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years' relevant experience in computer system and the like (both HW and software)
- Hardware experience is crucial with a working knowledge of software design
- Electrical: microcontroller programming, power systems, serial communications protocols, modems, Electrical Circuit design, printed circuit board assembly
Using programming languages such as SQL, C, C++, C#
Familiarity with communication protocols including Ethernet, RS-232, RS485 and CAN
Experience with use of digital hardware analysis tools – Oscilloscopes and Logic Analyzers
Technology enthusiast demonstrated through work experience, hobbies, and/or education
