Lemon's Wrecker Service is a trusted towing and roadside assistance company serving Durham and the surrounding areas. We are committed to providing fast, professional, and reliable service to our customers 24 hours a day. We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team.

The Tow Truck Operator is responsible for responding to service calls, safely towing vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. Respond promptly to towing and roadside assistance calls

Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles

Perform services such as jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment

Provide courteous and professional customer service

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Valid North Carolina driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)

Clean driving record

Previous towing, transportation, automotive, or roadside assistance experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

On-call rotation may be required
