Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their critical needs.

Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoring patient responses.

Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patient recovery.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical conditions.

Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotional support during challenging situations.

Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.

Work Environment:

ICU RN. Providing care to complex Medical ICU patients that include, respiratory failure, ARDS, Shock, S/P arrest, Massive GI Bleed, Complex Medical conditions that include ARF, Pancreatitis, Acute Liver failure, OKA, Cancer Minimum 2 years of experience required. COVID Vaccine - Required. NIHSS Required. Coordinates the delivery of nursing care for critically ill, post-operative, ventilator, post cardiac arrest, post heart cath, hemodynamic stabilization and other critically ill patients in the units.
