• As a Better Care Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home. Performing light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, doing dishes, laundry, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms

Accompanying clients to medical appointments and errands
Delivering compassionate dementia and memory care
Engaging clients in meaningful companionship activities
High school diploma or G.Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Ability to speak other languages is a plus!
CNA license, Home Health Aide certification, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person!
