Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who finds purpose in supporting patients and families through meaningful moments of care? Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our dedicated nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community.

Schedule: Per Diem, Weekends

In this rewarding role, you'll deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey. Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!

Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.

36.00 - $42.00 per hour (Average Pay Range).
