The Dish position plays a crucial role in maintaining the heart of our kitchen operations. They ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, tools, and spaces while supporting overall kitchen efficiency. Part Time, Full Time
REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager
SHIFTS: Availability can include a mix of weekday, weekends, days, and nights.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $16 - $17 per hour
Operate and maintain our industrial dish machine efficiently.
Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, kitchen equipment, and additional items as assigned.
Support kitchen prep tasks as needed.
Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply inventory.
Follow proper chemical safety procedures.
Support kitchen team during peak service periods.
Monitor equipment operation and report maintenance needs.
Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Participate in training and knowledge development programs.
Be ready and willing to help with other kitchen duties as needed.
