Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being. Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.RequirementsA Certified Home Health Aide license is required. Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and assist with mobility. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
