Make a Difference Every Day
Your Role:

Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
Support clients physical, emotional, and social well-being
Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation
Skills and Qualifications (required)

Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
If you have experience as a CDPAP personal assistance you may qualify for an ACD class where you can earn a PCA certificate. Complete the application and ask your recruiter.

Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
Drug screening
Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or Titers)
TB screening- provide a negative QuantiFeron test, (if positive, requires a chest Xray)
Past Agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
Reliable transportation to commute to clients homes
