We are looking for a self-starter and eager-to-learn Electrical Engineering Graduate. This is an entry level job but with a great path to learning and growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and well rounded, with knowledge/interest in coding, PCB design, and possesses a mechanical ability. Under technical guidance, the candidate will be responsible for designing/architecting complete test solutions for some of the most cutting-edge industries.

Our automation tools help clients accelerate development, improve product quality, and reduce time to market, empowering innovation in the fields of aerospace and EVs. Generate, evaluate, and perform engineering change requests as required
Apply innovative approaches to resolving unusual or complex engineering problems at task and project levels
Apply engineering knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve assigned engineering problems at a task and project level
Develop appropriate documentation of findings and implemented solutions, and communicates results to project engineering staff
Support test plan working groups, technical reviews, and safety reviews with internal and external customers
Work side-by-side with systems/project/mechanical/software engineering on all associated documentation
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally during all phases design, test and deployment programs to include test plans, build documentation, and issues and test reports
Make technical presentations to project staff
Support engineering staff to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and aid in developing solutions to test and integration issues found during all phases of test utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles
Design Circuits and PCBs to facilitate testing
Some travel required (up to 15%)
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar.
~2+ years on the job experience preferred but not required
