Instructor (Full Time)

We provide person-centered support and advocacy that enhances quality of life and promotes independence for individuals with and without disabilities always with dignity, respect, and meaningful connection at the center.

For more than 50 years, Marrakech has supported over 1,000 individuals across Connecticut each year, helping people of all abilities build confidence, independence, and strong community connections.

As a Day Program Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a day program setting. You’ll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.

Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines

Supporting medical needs and appointments

Encouraging community involvement and social engagement

Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)

High School Diploma or GED

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

19.28 per hour

Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification
