Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. The ideal candidate will have a background in open heart and vascular surgery, with the capability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room.
Assist in the performance of surgeries including CABG, Valve Replacement, and other vascular procedures.
Monitor patient vitals and maintain safety standards during procedures.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Handle and maintain medical equipment necessary for surgeries.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must have current RN licensure.
BLS and ACLS certification are required.
Preferred: Open heart and/or vascular surgery experience.
