The NOW Massage Greenwood Village is looking for energetic, guest-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships. As an Experience Guide, you'll be the first impression of our boutique and play a key role in helping guests prioritize their wellness while growing our thriving membership community.

As an Experience Guide, you'll create an incredible guest experience from start to finish while helping grow one of Colorado's highest-performing massage boutiques.
Educate guests on memberships, massage enhancements, retail products, and gift cards.
Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest communications.
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or membership sales experience
A passion for helping people
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Motivated by sales goals and bonuses
