We are an Authorized Dealer for Cox Communications in the Tulsa market. We are a professional, agile, innovative company and our goal is to create connections with our customer base to provide advanced video, internet, security and mobile services. We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

Selling Mobile products, accessories, home services and using creative sales strategies to prospective customers

Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers

Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Provide complete and appropriate solutions for each customer

Assist customers with basic billing issues and other small tasks

Help demo new products for customers to encourage new sales

Greet customers as they enter and thank them for their continued business

Participate in weekly training sessions and associate roleplays

Meet specific sales quotas relating to new products and services

Stay up to date on the latest iPhone and Android models

Work the register

Stock shelves

Maintain the store’s appearance

High School Diploma or equivalent

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Willingness to work a flexible schedule
