Work Environment\n This role will be fully remote, allowing our Licensed Professional Counselor to operate in a flexible telehealth environment. Utilization of telehealth platforms will make it easier for you to connect with clients efficiently while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and care. As part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary team, you will enjoy regular virtual meetings and training sessions that promote ongoing communication and professional development.

Engage with clients through video conferencing platforms to perform comprehensive assessments of their mental health needs and establish rapport. \Offer individual, couple, and family counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet the diverse needs of your clients. \Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach for comprehensive client care, including referrals to specialists when necessary. \Document all sessions and treatment plans promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and best practices. \Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health counseling, integrating new techniques and methodologies into your practice. \Actively participate in clinic staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations to enhance team cohesion and service delivery. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and life transitions. Utilizing a client-centered approach, you will tailor your therapeutic techniques to align with the unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of each client to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.
