Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes and keep the flow of restaurant service smooth, while upholding a Good Egg Dining Groups mission to positively impact lives by building enduring memories and multi-generational relationships through a dedication to executional excellence, intentional service, extreme hospitality, and culinary trust./ppESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/pulliAnswer phone professionally and according to restaurant standard./liliWarmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival./liliKnow restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any questions customers may have effectively./liliTake reservations and enter on Resy according to restaurant standards. Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible./liliWhen immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party on Resy wait list./liliProvide guests with estimated waiting time./liliAccommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible./liliBe able to re-work existing reservations and waiter sections to accommodate walk-ins and unexpected last minute reservations. Inform Management and staff of changes./liliRelay messages to servers, bus and manager as needed, especially guest notes from Resy./liliHelp with bussing and drink service if time warrants./liliBe available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor./li/ulpQUALIFICATIONS/pulliNo previous restaurant experience required./liliMust have weekend availability/liliBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)./liliBe able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests./liliMust have exceptional grooming habits./liliA passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY./li/ul/div
