Registered Nurse (Pool, Overnight)

Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Registered
Nurse to join our Float Pool and make a difference for our patients and our
community.

Float Pool RNs will work on a variety of inpatient clinical units:
Med/Surg RN’s will care for patients in orthopedics, rehabilitation, oncology,
cardiology, observation, medicine, neurology, surgical, trauma, burn, and
postpartum.
Progressive RN’s will care for progressive patients in cardiac, medicine, burn,
trauma, neurology, and surgical.

This position is straight nights at 0.7 - 0.9 FTE (56-72 hours per pay period)
Weekend Rotation:
Weekend requirements will include a rotation of every other or every third
weekend, to be determined and discussed during the interview process to ensure
alignment with unit needs and expectations.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associate Degree in Nursing and 1 year
of RN experience
-Internal new graduate applicants can meet minimum requirements with an
Associate Degree in Nursing

• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
• One year of acute care RN experience is preferred
