Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate has a strong background in family law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping attorneys prepare successful cases from intake through trial.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare family law pleadings, discovery, financial disclosures, and settlement documents.
Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, and trial.
Organize exhibits, evidence, and trial materials.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court procedures.
Qualifications
3+ years of family law paralegal experience.
Strong knowledge of California family law procedures and court filings.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team. Protouch Staffing
