$3/HOUR COMPLETION BONUS FOR PIPE CREW

Eligibility for completion bonus: Effective April 27, 2026, eligible hourly employees will receive an additional $3.00 for each hour worked. Hours eligible for this bonus exclude holiday pay, paid time off (PTO), and any leave of absence. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout to receive the bonus. Employees who voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause prior to payout will forfeit all accrued bonus amounts. Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures Select type and size of pipe and related materials according to job specifications Plan sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers Cut pipe using hacksaw, pipe cutters, hammer and chisel, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine Assemble and install a variety of metal and nonmetal pipe and pipe fittings, including: brass, copper, lead, glass and plastic Join pipe by means of threaded, caulked, wiped, soldered, brazed, fused or cemented joints Use hand tools to secure pipe to structure with clamps, brackets and hangers Install and maintain refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including: compressors, pumps, meters, pneumatic and hydraulic controls and piping May be required to travel to different jobsites on limited notice Qualifications: EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school diploma or GED Certification (preferred)
• Applicable Pipefitter training and certificate from NCCER, NCCCO, or from approved 3 rd party certification body (preferred)

Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations. When on-site, actively participate in daily toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors. Set a personal example of safe behavior. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Add and subtract two-digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10's and 100's and ability to perform these operations using units weight measurement and volume Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions. Uncontrolled environmental conditions: Constant change in weather and site conditions. Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to- safety toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.). must be able to wear and utilize all safety equipment required for work at heights. This position is a Full-Time position scheduled to work typically 50 hours per week. Schedule is subject to projects requirements.

TRAVEL:

Travel required up to 90%. Position requires presence directly on the Project Site location with intermittent travel to residence of record.
