She Recruits is partnering with a top-tier healthcare system in Ocala, Florida to find a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room RN. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to provide life-saving care to a diverse patient population.

In this role, you'll be a critical part of the emergency care team, managing everything from minor injuries to acute trauma and critical illnessdelivering high-quality, compassionate care in a high-acuity, team-oriented setting.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs

Manage multiple cases at once, effectively prioritizing patient care

Provide thorough discharge instructions and coordinate follow-up care

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes

Remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic patient care needs

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)

At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)

Associate Degree or RN Diploma required; Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for night shift

Relocation Assistance: Offered case-by-case
