As a Steward, you'll play one of the most important roles in supporting our full-service restaurant, serving as the go to person for all food, beverage, and supplies. Our Stewards are essential to back of house operations, taking pride and ownership to ensure the right products are always on hand so our teams can focus on what they do best, creating great food and memorable guest experiences. Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs
Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs
Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements while ensuring items meet quality standards
Stock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers
Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
Maintain organized storage systems that support kitchen efficiency and accessibility
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service industry experience preferred
Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management, a plus
Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Must be at least 18 years old
