Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability. These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.

We are presently seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer that will be responsible for sustaining and improving our ISO9001 system, supporting manufacturing process improvements, and making a significant contribution to the strategic goal of quality improvement. This role will lead continuous efforts in meeting quality, cost, and on-time delivery while assuring customer expectations and supplier quality management.

Create and compile the End Item Data Package for customer approval and shipment

Compile, analyze, and monitor data for trend analysis and implement improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.

Lead investigations and resolve customer quality concerns, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.

Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management System, ISO 9001.

Provide training, coaching, and support to staff on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.

Maintain an audit-ready facility at all times through diligent oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Maintain documentation and records related to product quality, compliance, and customer requirements.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of the quality control measures.

Lead external audits, with customers and registrars’ requirements.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years in a Senior Quality position.

7+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or similar type of environments.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Knowledge of electronic systems is a plus.
