If you are a Dental Assistant that brings value, care and education to their patients, we are the practice for you. Midgette Dentistry RVA offers a great culture as well as heart and respect to all our team members. Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort
Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment
Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols
Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options
Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems
Infection Control: Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments
Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support
Dental Assistant certification.
Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling
Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
