Health insurance front desk receptionist

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who thrives on creating positive first impressions and delivering exceptional service. In this highly visible role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and team members, helping foster a warm, professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities Answer phone calls/direct them to the appropriate people.

We have a small team of receptionists who work together to ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.

Stock and organize kitchen, conference rooms, and supply closets as requested and must be able to lift stock items up to 50 pounds.

Process FedEx packages, both incoming and outgoing, including packing and preparing boxes.

Learn how to use office machines and assist employees with use of office machines or tech when needed.

Assist with meetings, which may include ordering food, setting out plates, utensils, etc., Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday for a full 8 hours plus a lunch; Desired Skills and Experience 2 years front desk experience preferred; some office experience required.

Experience with office machines and Microsoft Office products helpful.
