Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
12-hour shifts (Rotating Day/Night shifts). The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, with weekends required every other week.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The ideal candidate will possess high-risk labor and delivery experience and be proficient in antepartum care and circulating C-sections.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
Monitor patients and assess needs during labor and delivery processes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
Manage and assist with antepartum care and surgeries, including C-sections.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Must have recent and relevant experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required; medical/religious declinations accepted.
