Ensures smooth and steady kitchen operations by keeping dishwashing areas organized.

Manages tasks efficiently to maintain kitchen workflow.

Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed throughout the shift.

Performs routine cleaning of the kitchen and assists with general cleaning tasks, as needed.

Clear understanding of dish machine operations, including its chemical components, and follows proper procedures for changing water and chemicals as needed.

Maintains and inspects food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are always adhered to.

Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.

Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
