Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) HOME HEALTH (Nights)

Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Tele) travel assignment in Brunswick, Georgia. Weekly pay ranges from $1,625 to $1,694 per week. Shift: Nights, 12-hour blocks (3x12), totaling 36 hours per week. Assignment is in an acute-care setting with a Telemetry/Medical-Surgical float pool. This opportunity is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Telemetry and Medical-Surgical float pool

• 36 hours per week, Nights (12-hour shifts)
• Weekly pay: $1,625–$1,694 per week
• Travel assignment with dedicated recruiter and support

Provide direct patient-centered care for telemetry and medical-surgical patients; Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and perform routine treatments according to physician orders.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, document findings in the electronic health record, and update care plans as patient needs evolve.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and comfort while maintaining accurate handoffs during shift changes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge expectations.

Active Registered Nurse license; 1 year of Telemetry and/or Medical-Surgical experience; Ability to work nights, 12-hour shifts, in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN acceptable).
