Triage Nurse, Outpatient Ambulatory Clinic, Full Time

Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Registered Nurse Medical Group
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Hours: 7AM - 5PM Monday to Friday with rotating weekends. Please note, this position is on site 5 days a week.
Required Travel: Travel based upon department need

Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
