A Cook, or Line Cook, is responsible for preparing ingredients for sides, preparation of all in house recipes and products. You will be working in a 100% scratch kitchen making menu items daily or hourly depending on business needs. Cleanliness is our highest priority when serving our guests and it should be yours. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth! Training will be provided. Minimum 1 Year experience or current culinary school programs
Desert Oak Barbecue is the leading barbecue restaurant in El Paso, TX. We are a Texas Monthly Top 50 Barbecue restaurant in Texas. Established by Rich and Suzanne Funk in 2015 as a food truck, and now a brick and mortar restaurant on the Eastside. We pride ourselves on offering a family forward environment as well as a place to learn and love the craft of barbecue in far West Texas.
