Operation of CNC machines

Manual machine operations

Load stock into machines and associated fixturing

Perform machine maintenance for daily use (i.e. tool life management, coolant, oils and fluid level and accuracy)

Must meet expected throughput of production goals

Ability to inspect and measure components using micrometers, calipers, part specific gauges, pin gauges, height cages, optical comparator, surface finish standards and other standard measuring equipment

Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks In-process inspection

Provide Level I quality mentoring

Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder

• Must pass initial and subsequent background checks and drug testing
• English Proficiency
• Previous machining or CNC experience
• 4-6 years CNC experience OR combination of associates degree or technical trade program completion with emphasis in machining and experience
