Head of Operations & Business Management

Position SummaryResponsible for leading operations team of eight technicians. Support a business unit team including skilled trade technicians and an administrative assistant, and engage in the region-wide leadership team along with leaders from multiple areas.Key ResponsibilitiesManages the day-to-day field activities of company technicians and pipeline systems to ensure safe and efficient storage or movement of crude oil and light petroleum products.Establishes a culture of safety, environmental, social, and governance excellence by modeling appropriate behaviors.Interacts with pipeline and terminals scheduling to optimize downtimes for inspection, maintenance or projects. Manages unscheduled activities as required while minimizing downtime.Manages 24 x 7 operations requiring flexible work schedule, on-call responsibilities, and emergency response.
