Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP Must-Have: Must have Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials. Level 3 unit NICU skills are necessary to work proficiently. Acute care experience in Med Surg, ER, and ICU is essential. Experience managing Bipaps, ventilators, and Heated High Flow units is needed. Description: The unit accommodates 160 beds with 32 staff members. There is a minimum of 5-6 day shift staff and 4-4.5 night shift staff. The unit is equipped with various ventilators and other advanced respiratory equipment. Candidates will perform procedures in ICU, CCU, NICU, and Emergency Care as a respiratory therapist. The ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, and willing to help with higher acuity patients. Being willing to work in a Level 3 NICU is essential. There are long-term experienced staff members fostering a cohesive environment. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and has motivated, progressive physicians.
