Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving hospice care in the South West Broward County Area.Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm with weekend availability.Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care.
