We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.

Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Uses business software applications (e.g., May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Eight (8) or more years Experience in administrative support (Required)

drafting letters and documents; Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and other activities

Successfully completes critical aspects of all deliverables with a hands‑on approach, including drafting letters, maintaining files and records related to all Board activity and follow‑up

handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

Plans, executes, and facilitates events for the site/department/team/manager, etc.
