Head of Marketing Management Remote (m/f/d)

The Role This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll spend most of your week out in Round Rock and Williamson County building relationships with healthcare providers, schools, businesses and community groups. You'll report to our Facility Administrator and work closely with ownership on strategy and budget. What You'll Do Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote NorthStar Emergency Center's services. Build and maintain relationships with urgent cares, primary care and pediatric practices, OB/GYN and orthopedic offices, senior living communities and home health agenciesRepresent the ER at the Round Rock Chamber, school district athletics, youth sports leagues, churches, HOAs, first-responder events and health fairsPlan and run our grand opening and ribbon cutting, open-house tours, and recurring community events such as sports physical days and CPR/first-aid classesManage our local digital presence: Google Business Profile, online review responses, and local social mediaAnalyze market trends and patient demographics to identify opportunities for growth. Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Manage marketing budgets and track the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and reporting. Organize events and initiatives that promote community health and wellness. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in healthcare community outreach, physician liaison or healthcare business development (ER, urgent care or home health strongly preferred)Existing relationships in Round Rock and Williamson CountySelf-starter who is comfortable working independently in the fieldStrong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groupsOrganized and able to track and report on activityReliable vehicle, valid Texas driver's license and auto insuranceAvailable for some evenings and weekends for community eventsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration or a related field preferredNice to Have Experience with graphic design and content creation tools. Familiarity with SEO and online advertising platforms. Previous experience in community outreach or public relations.
