A Master Plumber is dedicated to implementing a wide range of plumbing skills in the field. In this role, you will be actively involved in hands-on training of Apprentice Plumbers, contributing to the establishment of our plumbing department as a leader in Austin. Your responsibilities will include coaching, technical training, conducting ride-alongs, performing site visits, and inspections.
Operate a van with an apprentice, responding to residential service calls, all managed through Service Titan with a company-provided iPad. The van will be equipped with power tools, and you can take the vehicle home.

• Prioritize customer satisfaction in every task.
• Collaborate with HVAC and Electrical technicians within the SALT team.
• Function as one of the plumbing experts, showcasing your skills and knowledge.
• Train and teach your Apprentice, fostering their development.
• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or Tradesman License
• Willingness to impart plumbing best practices and techniques to others
• Contributing to the development and leadership of the growing plumbing team
• Work both indoors and outdoors.
• Proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations.
• Work with sharp tools and electricity, with potential for cuts or burns.
• Exposure to very bright or inadequate lighting conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs and scaffolding.
• Availability to work Monday- Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily task are complete)
