The company houses every aspect of its business on the MinnWest Technology Campus, including a manufacturing facility located just steps away from its engineering and drafting teams.Design, develop, test, and document electrical systems (hardware & firmware) for new and existing productsDiagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions across cross-functional teamsSupport full product lifecycle—from concept and design through testing and customer implementationDevelop test protocols; analyze data to drive design decisions and performance improvementsApply core electrical engineering principles (power systems, embedded programming, instrumentation)Utilize CAD tools and embedded programming (Altium, SolidWorks Electrical, C preferred)Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and communicate project needsContribute to a strengths-based, team-oriented culture and continuous improvement effortsWhat you'll do:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering5+ years of experience, requiredStrong experience with CAD tools (Altium, SolidWorks Electrical preferred)Proficiency in embedded programming (C preferred) and Microsoft OfficeSolid foundation in electrical engineering principles and data analysisAbility to read and interpret technical information and apply scientific conceptsStrong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesDemonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and integrityValues diversity and works effectively across teams and organizational levelsValid driver's license and passport; ability to travel internationallyOur location: Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.
