Construction Project ManagerSeeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish.Position OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. This position oversees project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and quality requirements. The Project Manager coordinates with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams while managing project controls, procurement, scheduling, risk, safety, quality, and financial performance.Participate in preconstruction activities and project planning.Develop bidding strategies and subcontractor bidders' lists.Coordinate project activities using 2D and 3D coordination, scope reviews, shop drawing reviews, and other construction coordination processes.Establish purchasing, buyout, procurement, and scheduling goals.Develop and communicate comprehensive project execution plans.Manage project functions including project management, project controls, engineering, procurement, BIM, risk management, safety, quality, and profitability.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholders.Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall progress.Prepare and review monthly cost reports, pay applications, invoices, and project financial documentation.Assist with preparation and administration of owner and project contracts.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and potential delays.Address project issues and develop corrective action plans when necessary.Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.Lead, mentor, and support project team members.Conduct or participate in performance evaluations and team development activities.Support project completion, commissioning, punch-list activities, and closeout requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of progressively responsible construction management experience.Strong commercial General Contractor (GC) project management experience.Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.Strong experience managing project budgets, costs, schedules, procurement/buyout, and overall project profitability.Proven ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders.Experience with project contracts, risk management, change management, and project controls.Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor project team members.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and construction documentation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/scheduling software.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with BIM/VDC, 2D/3D coordination, and construction technology.Experience managing large or complex commercial construction projects.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual bonus eligibilityMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insuranceShort- and long-term disability insuranceAccidental death and dismemberment insuranceFlexible spending and dependent-care accountsPaid time offPaid company holidays401(k) with company matchCompany-paid parkingCommuter benefitsWellness programProfessional development opportunities
