Schedule: Full-time | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings
Complete thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff for effective treatment delivery
Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes
Guide patients toward community resources and long-term recovery options
Active RN license in Arizona or compact state eligibility
Ability to commit to a fixed 12-hour day or night shift (no rotation required)
Passion for behavioral health and patient-centered nursing
Open to both new graduates and experienced RNs
Weekend day differential: Weekend night differential: 10,000 sign-on bonus for floor RNs

Pay Details: $42.00 to $65.00 per hour
