Supporting clients in their financial journeys, the full-time remote Client Success Specialist will provide exceptional service through phone interactions, manage client accounts, and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
Provide top-tier support via phone to clients enrolled in the Debt Management Program
Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications while ensuring compliance with state regulations
Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues, encouraging clients throughout their financial journey
Required qualifications
2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
Strong professionalism when supporting clients through sensitive financial situations
Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
Comfort with basic financial calculations and reviewing financial documents
