Shift Availability We offer full time and part-time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $29.00 to $31.17 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You’ll Do: Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.

Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

Assist with resident comfort.

Provide wound care.

Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

Help coach staff, as necessary.

Current LPN license in Virginia

Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
